Perugia

Perugia is an Italian capital city of the Umbria region. It is known for the defensive walls around the historic center. The medieval Palazzo dei Priori is home to an important collection of Umbrian works of art starting from the thirteenth century. The Gothic cathedral, overlooking Piazza IV Novembre, houses frescoes and paintings from the Renaissance period.
