Description
Important fishing center is formed by North Pier entirely docked and from South Pier with three arms. Between the root of the molo north and lo slipway is the Quay of the Fish Market, while a Riva dock extends between the slipway and the root of the south pier.
The new one was built south of the slipway Dock Tourist with piers in its interior. There are two docks for fishing, 80 and 1100 m long and illuminated by light towers. The harbor entrance faces north. It has about 380 berths, the boats must have a maximum length of 25 meters.
San Benedetto del Tronto is an Italian town of 47 475 inhabitants in the province of Ascoli Piceno. Located along the southern Adriatic coast of the Marche at the mouth of the Tronto river, it is an important tourist center and fishing port of the Riviera delle Palme.
