A short distance from the house stands the imposing open-air Grand Theater which hosts the most illustrious names in world opera every year.
The Torre del Lago Puccini Sailing Club, CVTLP Amateur Sports Association founded in 1979 by a group of sportsmen in the structures of the SISA marina in Torre del Lago Puccini, the purpose of the association is the development and teaching of sailing. Since 1980 the association has been affiliated with CONI and the Italian Sailing Federation.
The founding members, thanks to the experience gained in the Versilia Sailing School (sailing school shared by all the sailing clubs of the Versilian coast in the early seventies) and thanks to the favorable conditions of the lake, have achieved many and important successes over the years, becoming a center reference point for the teaching of sailing and for the competitive spirit of the II FIV zone which groups together Tuscany, Umbria and the province of La Spezia.
